How far in advance should I inquire about events?

At least 2–3 weeks in advance is ideal to ensure availability and proper planning.

Storage & Freshness

How do I refresh a loaf?

Are your products organic?

Whenever possible, we source organic or responsibly grown ingredients, prioritizing quality and flavor over mass production.

What ingredients do you use?

We keep it simple: high-quality flour, water, salt, and time. No preservatives, conditioners, or unnecessary additives.

Our Sourdough

Each loaf ferments over multiple days (min 36hours. Time, patience, and temperature do the work—just the way sourdough is meant to be made.

Is your sourdough tangy?

It has a balanced, mild tang—never overpowering. The long fermentation brings depth without sharpness.

What makes your sourdough different?

Our sourdough is naturally fermented using a long, slow process that develops flavor, texture, and digestibility—without shortcuts or commercial yeast.

Do you use commercial yeast?

No. All of our sourdough is leavened naturally with our house starter, fed and maintained with care.
